ACADEMIC SESSION: Academic session commences in January every year.

AGE PROOF: The birth registration Certificate for a fresh student/ Transfer Certificate is accepted for the proof of age.

ADMISSION: Admission is open to the children of Nursery, K.G-I, and K.G-II to Std- VIII, during the commencement of session, guardians desiring to get there wards admitted are asked to collect admission form from the school office at the cost of Rs. 200.00 and advised for submitting the duly filled in application form.

MODE OF PAYMENT: The monthly tuition fees and conveyance charges are to be paid by the 7th of the relevant month. A fine of rupees 50/- per month is to be charged for delay in payment. If it remains un-paid for two consecutive months, the name of the student will be struck off for time being until all the arrear dues with the session charge again are paid. Guardians are advised to bring FEE BOOK or Receipts while depositing the fees to the office.

EXAMINATION: The examination consists, of 3 terms 1st term in April, 2nd term in August & Annual in November, Besides this, monthly test will be held very punctually and it is compulsory for the students to participate in the monthly tests.

GAMES & SPORTS: Participation in games & sports is compulsory for each student.

SCHOOL HOURS:

• 10.30 a.m to 2.30 p.m for nursery, L. K.G , U. K. G.
• 10.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. class-I to Class VIII

UNIFORM: To be collected from School or as advised by the school.

PRAYER: At 10.45 A.M. Attendance in prayer is compulsory.

NEATNESS: Cleaning of hair, teeth, nail, tongue, uniform etc. should be maintained regularly.

LEAVE: Guardians should submit the application against the absence of their wards.

TIFFIN: Parents should care of their wards by sending their tiffin regularly.

IDENTITY CARD: Two pieces of stamp size coloured photograph will have to submit at the time admission and then identity card will be delivered. The students will be handed over to the guardian or escort on production of the identity card.

DISCIPLINE: The school Authorities believes that true education is obtained by discipline alone. Students are required to be obedient, regardful to teachers and elders, punctual in following daily routines.

SPECIAL NOTES:

1. Parents and guardians are advised to meet the school authority when they called for, for discussing the matters related to the teaching of their wards.
2. 10.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. class-I to Class VIII
3. Frequent absence and habitual late attendance will in no way be permitted
4. School uniform, tie & badge are compulsory for each student.
5. Name of student with class and roll no., etc. must be written on Test books/ note-book, schoolbags, pencil box, Tiffin box, water bottle etc.
6. Students should bring light and dry tiffin with a clean handkerchief every day.
7. They should diligent at their home work and lesson regularly.
8. Parents, guardians or escorts should leave the institution after reaching their wards in the school campus before 10.30 A.M.
9. Students must timely reach at the pickup point of school Car/Bus.
10. All students have to be participated in any festival, function or competition conducted by the institution.
11. Nursery and K.G –I classes will be suspended on Saturday.
